The company was formed in 1999, under the name of LOGIC as a not for profit organisation. The aim of LOGIC was to enhance the longevity of the UKCS and improve UK supply chain competitiveness.

Collabro has since vastly expanded, now operating on 5 continents with an impressive blue chip client list.
